Discharging 1000 m3/h of warm water at 60°C directly or cooling it in a cooling tower is quite wasteful. Does anyone have any ideas for comprehensive utilization of this water?
Reply to 1# feibiao101: The original poster can take advantage of their own production processes; water at 60°C can be used in heat exchangers to exchange heat with media at temperatures below 30°C, or it can be used to cool media at 80°C.
Check if the office buildings and dormitory areas can be used for underfloor heating and hot water!

Low-grade heat recovery is a challenge in this industry; the key lies in optimizing the heat exchange process at various stages, minimizing losses of useful energy, and maximizing thermodynamic efficiency. If such a large amount of \"warm water\" at 60°C has already been generated, as the original poster mentioned, at the current level it essentially has no value for industrial recovery.

In the case of distillation, for large-scale units or distillation columns with a high reflux ratio, differential pressure multi-effect distillation or coupling between the condensers and reboilers of different columns can be considered.
