I don’t think it’s necessary; try increasing the extraction of crude methanol when normal conditions are not met and reducing the reflux for a while.

The boiling tower operations are stopped to carry out the work; otherwise, follow what was said on the fourth floor. Reduce the reflux and increase the tower temperature by 2–4 hours using a rough control method, then restore the temperature. 1 tower: more than 50 minutes, 2 towers after concentration: less than 50 minutes? Can you sit at the bottom of the 2nd tower for a while longer? In our factory, the catalyst column 1, just like yours, operates for only about 25 minutes.
