After the major maintenance of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was commenced, the temperature in the flash section of the atmospheric tower as well as the extraction temperature at line 3 dropped by 30 degrees Celsius compared to before the shutdown. Additionally, the color of liquid from line 3 was abnormally red. I would appreciate advice from those with more experience! Before shutdown, the outlet temperature of the atmospheric pressure furnace was 365, the temperature in the vaporization section was 359, and the extraction temperature at the third line of the atmospheric pressure system was 300. After startup, the outlet temperature of the atmospheric pressure furnace remained at 365, the temperature in the vaporization section was 328, and the extraction temperature at the third line was 275
Has the pull-out rate at normal pressure changed? Is the product quality normal? What is the range of the third fraction in the distillation process? Is there any red discoloration, and is there any leakage inside the heat exchanger?
Could there be problems with the insulation of the oil transfer line? Looking at the data, it seems that there is excessive heat loss in the pipeline from the furnace outlet to the tower feed inlet; it’s not necessarily an issue within the tower itself. Additionally, please check the insulation of the tower as well
Has the product quality been analyzed to determine whether the boiling range changes after the extraction temperature is lowered? Has there been any change in the product yield?
Is there a significant change in crude oil processing before and after production starts?
Then, we also encountered a situation where no oil came out from the second stage; the flash section was similar. 290 was extracted from the first middle stage (which is below the first lower stage)℃
