An error occurred due to the low setting of the light component recovery rate at the tower top

The calculated feed location at tray 4.1078 is greater than the calculated minimum number of stages (2.3244). Does anyone know why this is? Is there something wrong with the light and heavy components I set? I set the light component recovery rate at the top of the tower to 0.99, and there were no errors. But once it is set to 0.56, this problem occurs. I want to use two towers to distill out the light components; the light component recovery rate at the top of the first tower is set low, while it is 0.99 for the top of the second tower. How can this problem be solved? Is the error significant?
