The phenomenon in the benzene column when there are non-aromatic compounds present in water
At the beginning when water or non-aromatics are introduced, the top temperature will drop suddenly. The pressure at the top of the tower will gradually increase. The ultimate result was that the freezing point of benzene in the side stream gradually became unacceptable
As the top temperature of the tower decreases, the solution is to increase the flow rate at the fifth tray, thereby increasing the amount of crude benzene sent for extraction
