In an ethylene plant, is the alkali scrubber placed after the third or fourth stage of the cracking compressor?

I need an expert to help me figure this out! The layout of the alkali scrubber should be determined based on before the first feed to the fractionation tower ； Is it still determined by pressure?
The caustic scrubber is primarily determined by the operating pressure. In the KBR four-stage compression process, it is located at the exit of stage 3, while in the SW five-stage compression process, it is located at the exit of stage 4. The normal operating pressure is around 1.4, I guess
From personal experience, different process packages are placed in different sections; in traditional sequential processes, they are usually placed after the third section, while in Lindes and S&W processes they are generally placed after the fourth section. Rumes uses three-stage compression, so its related components are usually placed after the second section.
