Are there any requirements regarding the water volume fed into the inlet of the top cooler of the fractionation tower? What type of water do you use? (My plant uses acidic water.)
We use deoxygenated water; It’s better not to use acidic water; the water coming out of the top separator can be fully utilized for circulation.
May I ask: Where does the acidic water used for injection come from?
The level of the crude oil tank, just like in the case of injecting water into the stabilized rich gas stream
The level gauge for the crude gasoline tank at the top of the tower is the same as that used for injecting water into the stabilized rich gas stream.

Isn’t water injection a way to increase the possibility of wet hydrogen sulfide existing? We don’t need them anymore; corrosion inhibitors are all oil-soluble
We used it here a long time ago, but it didn’t seem to work that well, so the process was kept in place and it hasn’t been used again since! We also use the acidic water separated from crude gasoline as the water injection medium!
Is using deoxygenated water more effective than acidic water? It does increase costs, and it also raises the load on the acidic water stripping unit
Was that water injection an early-stage technique? Wasn’t its purpose to wash away the salt inside and prevent the heat exchanger tubes from getting clogged by salt deposits?
