This is definitely deformation caused by insufficient support during the heat treatment process; it’s a tricky situation – the only options are to remove the internal components and then straighten it out, or replace the cylinder section.

Before heat treatment, measures should be taken to prevent deformation inside the cylinder, such as using reinforcement rings or cross-shaped supports, in order to reduce and control the roundness errors caused by heat treatment.
