Clause 4.2 of SH/T3088-2012 \"Code for Design of Petrochemical Trays\" stipulates that the materials used for various components shall comply with the requirements of GB/T700, GB/T1220, GB/T3274, GB/T3280, GB/T4237, and JB4741 respectively. Components that are welded directly to the tower wall shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB150 or JB/T4756. Components such as support rings, connecting plates, liquid receiving trays, and liquid dropping plates are welded directly to the tower wall, and shall comply with GB24511 \"Stainless steel sheets and strips for pressure equipment\" as specified in GB150. Is my understanding correct?
If it’s based on your understanding, I think the requirement is a bit high
According to GB/T150, for the steel used in components that are welded to pressure-bearing components, it is only specified that the steel should have good weldability
Article 3.1 of GB150.2 indeed states so; then what standard should be followed when selecting materials?
For this, should we look up the compilation instructions for SH/T3088-2012? Take a look at what the compilation instructions say about this item
As I wrote in my post, I started with SHT3088, then moved on to GB150, and finally reached GB/T24511:L
Surely there’s no need; the SHT3088 doesn’t even reference GB/T24511-2009
SHT3088 refers to GB4237 and does not mention GB24511
