The equipment has a DN1000 size, a cylinder height of 4450 mm, elliptical end caps at both the top and bottom, a wall thickness of 8 mm, and a design temperature of 150°C. The customer will handle the insulation work themselves; the insulating material is rock wool with a thickness of 100 mm. I’m asked to design \"thermal insulation supports\" in advance; I’ve never dealt with this before. Could someone tell me what such thermal insulation support structure looks like? Is there a standard reference? With a total height of over 5 meters, does this equipment qualify as a tower? (The support was originally designed to be a skirt type, but the customer requested that it be changed to a supported Type B support.) The customer also wants \"manhole plugs,\" which is really troubling for me; I searched on forums and found that manhole plugs are devices used to prevent fluids from entering the manhole sections. Is it structurally designed to be removed separately after opening the manhole cover? I imagine the manhole plug structure to be a sealed cylinder, with a sealing ring welded at one end and placed between the manhole cover and the manhole flange. :Am I thinking right? Oh, SH 3098 – it was a mistake; it should be SH_T 3098-2011, the Design Code for Petrochemical Towers

There are attachments and such; no specific standards exist. It is necessary to consider the first occasion of use and the extent of utilization, and then look for relevant standards. :)
