Hello, everyone! During the operation of the solvent regeneration tower, the liquid level at the bottom of the tower keeps fluctuating (it drops by 8 minutes and then rises back to its original level in 2 minutes). This problem has not been resolved yet; does anyone have any good solutions? ? During this maintenance check, the trays and internals were inspected, and there was no sign of blockage!
Foaming may occur, leading to slight flooding; a sample can be taken to check if foaming is present
Is the temperature rising too quickly? It might be possible to lower the temperature first and then increase it gradually.
There are basically no changes in temperature and pressure!
Did you verify on-site that the liquid level fluctuations were real?
If it is confirmed that there are fluctuations in the liquid level on site, try adding an antifoaming agent; it’s possible that the solvent is becoming foamy.
Measured by the tower bottom level gauge! The level gauge has also been calibrated! It should be correct
