The new water pump worked fine at first, but it started leaking after some time. ,
It won’t work no matter how you drive it; regular maintenance is necessary
The packing will settle over time; it ages and becomes loose. Tightening it a bit or adding filler will solve the problem.
It’s normal to have one or two drops per minute; it’s a problem if none drip at all.
