Dear sea friends, does anyone have experience in repairing the check valve at the outlet of high-pressure plunger pumps (liquid ammonia pumps)?

It used to, but it hasn’t been repaired for many years now; I’ve even forgotten its structure!
It usually doesn’t leak; it’s just stuck. If it can’t be ground, replace it with a one-way valve – they’re not expensive
Check it regularly; replace it if it gets damaged
The fact that there is no jamming does not mean it can be sealed. The check valves in our unit have to be replaced frequently, as they are unable to maintain the oil pressure when sealing oil weighing over 100 kilograms. It’s difficult to repair it by oneself.
