As the title suggests, where is the appropriate location for the pump return pipe outlet? What I’ve seen before were all types of filling systems, including those with insertion tubes and wall-mounted flow mechanisms; I’ve just never seen a container with an opening on the side through which the pump sends fluid back in. It’s not a problem if the opening is on the side – is the side opening there simply for the convenience of installation and maintenance? Which friend would like to come and talk about it?
The side should also be as close as possible to the upper opening of the cylinder; there’s little difference between positioning it near the upper part of the cylinder and placing it right at the top, just make sure it’s not below the highest liquid level. . . Otherwise, wouldn’t it flow out? . .
Leaking is more likely on the sides than at the top, and fluid accumulation is also more probable inside the pipes

Where it should be installed is related to the properties of the material. We also have material return pipelines at the bottom of the tank; it is assumed that the material is prone to vaporization, and if it is fed from the top or sides, vaporization is likely to occur
It is installed at the top of the irrigation system, with the pipes then led to the lower part of the irrigation system. Its function is to prevent liquid backflow in the case of an emergency stop of the return pump
If there are no special requirements from the perspective of the manufacturing process, I think it’s for the convenience of inspection and maintenance
Taking our company as an example, the mixing tank uses side reflux in order to avoid bubbles that may form during mixing from the top of the tank. The pure water tank relies on reflux from the top of the tank, with spray balls being used to ensure effective cleaning of the tank
