The Jifeng water pump stopped working suddenly while it was in operation. A colleague on site said that the bearing had seized and could not rotate. How could this happen to a pump that has been running continuously? Don’t understand? Or some other reason. The rated current of our mechanical seal water pump is 11.1A. The normal outlet pressure is 0.09 kPa
It could be due to high-load operation; excessive current leads to poor heat dissipation of the rotor, causing the bearings to overheat and seize

The outlet isn’t fully open; the pressure gauge is located on the pipeline behind the valve, and the current is only around 7A, so it doesn’t seem to be a high-flow system
I didn’t quite understand the last two sentences; could it be that the motor didn’t cool properly and burned out? Bearing stuck? ? ? Hot? ? How did it get stuck? All I can think of is that the medium flowing through it has caused the bearing to get stuck

Bearings are prone to getting stuck when operating with a long-term oil shortage
The bearing lacks oil, which causes it to heat up during operation; this leads to deformation of the cage and results in the pump seizing.
First, it is necessary to determine whether the bearing is stuck; if so, the main things to consider are whether the bearing is lacking oil and whether any foreign objects have gotten inside it
