First, check the exhaust condition of the pump and the filter at the pump inlet

When sulfuric acid is diluted, its specific gravity decreases, and the outlet pressure also drops. Before starting the pump, it is necessary to fill the pump and exhaust air thoroughly.
If vaporization does not occur due to low temperatures, it has little to do with temperature; it might be caused by an obstruction at the inlet
You can touch the pump body to feel its temperature; sometimes cavitation that occurs when the pump is running can cause heating
After concentrated sulfuric acid is diluted, its corrosiveness increases. What material is your pump made of? If the impeller is corroded, the centrifugal force decreases, and as a result, the flow rate and head cannot be maintained
There is a relationship; as the temperature of the medium rises and it approaches its saturated vapor pressure, the medium becomes more prone to vaporization, which can lead to the pump suffering from \"vapor lock\" and failing to deliver fluid.
