The pressure on the pump pressure gauge increases under closed import and export conditions

With two pumps connected in parallel, one is operating and the outlet pressure is 0.4 MPa; the other pump has its inlet and outlet closed, and its pressure gradually rises to 0.6 MPa. The ball valve at the inlet of that pump is warm to the touch. Has anyone encountered this situation? What is the reason?
My personal estimate is that it’s out of service.....
Operate at an outlet pressure of 0.4, and shut down at a pressure of 0.6.
What medium is being transported? Does the pump have a jacket or heating element? Consider whether vaporization of the medium could be the cause
When the pump is shut down, there is medium present, and the pressure rises when heated.
Other cases with the same conditions do not exhibit this phenomenon.
It is recommended to check the pressure gauge; if the gauge is fine, then consider whether the issue is caused by the vaporization of the medium
