Overview of Electromagnetic Metering Pump 1. An electromagnetic metering pump is a diaphragm-type metering pump that is controlled by a microprocessor, capable of adjusting the pulse frequency, and driven electromagnetically. Suitable for the metered transfer of various liquids, including corrosive ones. It is widely used in various sectors such as petroleum, chemicals, power and metallurgy, mining, shipbuilding, light industry, agriculture, civil applications, and defense. An electromagnetic metering pump uses an electromagnetic plunger to drive the diaphragm to move back and forth inside the pump head, thereby causing changes in the volume and pressure of the chamber within the pump head. These pressure changes trigger the opening and closing of the suction valve and the discharge valve, allowing for the precise intake and discharge of liquid. The rated discharge volume of electromagnetic metering pumps ranges from 1 to 20 l/h, with a corresponding maximum output pressure of 10 to 1 bar. The outlet displacement of the pump can be adjusted using a selector switch based on the stroke frequency.
