Dear everyone, I often see people mention that the flame arrestors of SHELL gasification burners frequently have problems. As a primary school student, I’m curious and would like to ask a few questions – please don’t laugh at me: a) Do the ignition burners, startup burners, and coal burners all come equipped with flame arrestors? b) How is the flame arrester connected to the burner? c) Can you provide the corresponding pictures?
Also, are these three types of burners installed in the same location? When to switch?
I know far too little about dry powder gasification; I hope experts in this community can provide detailed answers.
Is the question too simple, or... why isn’t anyone answering? I want to know that too!

A flame shield is not present in all types of burners; its design and installation are determined by the requirements of the manufacturing process
There is no ignition burner at the start-up point; only the coal burner has a flame shield, and there is no connection between the flame shield and the burner.
