What measures should be taken if the discharge from the reactor is sluggish?
Check whether the filter is clogged. Use vacuum drawing or apply slight positive pressure.
It’s mainly because the reaction materials are somewhat clogged, resulting in poor flow.
I’ve seen before a branch pipe and a blind flange installed on the outlet pipe; when it gets partially blocked, one opens it and uses a hose to clear it out, but this location is usually high up on the pipe. Generally, it involves creating a vacuum and applying nitrogen pressure.
Blowing with pressurized nitrogen from below should work too, right?
Nitrogen is blown in from below; the pipeline is open during the blowing process, but no material can be discharged; When there is no more air blowing, the material sticks to the pipes, which is not acceptable.
I’m not sure whether your reactor is continuous or batch type, nor if it’s the valve that’s blocked or the pipeline. If it’s the valve that’s blocked, there’s a dedicated discharge valve; if it’s the pipeline that’s blocked, then only negative pressure combined with positive pressure can help~
Can the temperature be increased further? If possible, try mentioning the temperature ; Or insulate the discharge pipe.
It is used intermittently via a discharge valve; however, since the material has a high density and tends to settle, discharging it is difficult!

Why isn’t the positive pressure loading method proposed by Haiyou adopted? Have you already tried it and found it ineffective, or is there some other reason?
