What level should pressure vessel design reach after 3.5 years?

With 3.5 years of experience in spherical tanks and custom design, I’d like to ask everyone what level of expertise one should have by this point. Suddenly I feel very lost; I have no idea what the future holds, nor what my financial prospects will be. What about everyone else’s experiences?
Having worked on the design of hemispherical tanks for three years, I consider myself quite skilled at it – I should have reached a certain level of expertise. I’m not sure whether I designed them independently or as part of a team; do you have any experience in conducting design analyses?
This year, I worked on an ASME Section VIII, Volume 2 spherical tank project. Although the analysis report was prepared by someone else, since it was a project handled by my own company, I was responsible for overseeing everything, and I also prepared the accompanying calculation sheets. As for the analysis and design work, I am currently in the process of obtaining certification; in terms of principles and theories, I think I have a decent grasp of them. I am also capable of performing finite element calculations for spherical tanks on my own. I’m not sure what level other professionals are at, and I’m also confused about my own career development.
I come to Haichuan every day to stroll around and learn from the experiences of those who are there, so as to grow as a person.
Not bad; although I’ve never done equipment design, it sounds quite sophisticated.
