Corrosion issues in pipelines during operation

After the pipelines in our installation have been in operation for some time, severe corrosion has occurred at certain bends; a dark green liquid drips from there. After some time, when this liquid dries up, it resembles salt. We’re not sure what’s causing this. One possible reason is that the pipelines aren’t sealed properly, and another is that they lack heating. Are there any effective ways to address this issue and reduce pipeline corrosion?
Is it internal corrosion or external corrosion in the pipeline? I guess it’s internal corrosion.
What you described sounds like an ammonium salt; what kind of pipeline is it?
Ours is the same; after being in operation for over a year, pipeline corrosion and blockages occurred. The reason was internal leakage in the valves of the pipelines, and this can be addressed by installing blind flanges on both sides or by introducing nitrogen into the pipelines to create a nitrogen seal.
