Dear Haiyou, who can give me some good advice? In the phosphate extraction tank of my company, in the main reaction area where phosphorus ore slurry is mixed with 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, HF gas is generated. The top of this tank is lined with graphite plates coated in fluorine-resistant furan resin mortar, but these plates start to break down after just a few months of use.
