Unsupported span l

Considering the notch in the heat exchanger baffle, what is the relationship between the unsupported span l of the heat exchanger baffle (support plate) and the equivalent length lcr for the instability of the heat exchange tubes? Is the unsupported span l the distance between two adjacent baffle plates, or twice that distance (approximately)?
This question is covered in 151; just take a good look at the standards and you’ll understand.
I’ve noticed that the Chinese people’s language skills are getting worse and worse these days. Many people can’t even understand what words that even elementary school students know mean; it’s sad :L

The unsupported span l is twice the distance between two adjacent baffle plates, or the distance between the second baffle plate and the tube sheet, whichever is greater
