The company has installed a new DCS V6.24 system – what causes the overload alarm to occur?
The CPU load of the control card is too high, exceeding the normal operating level. Generally, control cards are configured in a redundant manner; try switching to the backup card. Isn’t the latest version of Allen-Bradley now 6.5.2? Why is 6.2.4 still being used?

I don’t seem to have heard of this version of it, haha. The latest version is 6.5.2; the version from 2012 for M5 was 5.2.4
Is it true that the configuration uses a lot of CPU resources?
Just change the scanning period to 250ms or 500ms. .
