Coiled gasket D1242-DN25-PN40 assembly (standard is GB/T4622.2-2003) – is this a metal-graphite coiled sheet? What does D1242 mean? I see there is also D1221. What does \"assembly\" mean?
I guess that model number is something like a drawing reference; by \"assembly\", it means that a component is formed from two or more standard or non-standard parts.
D is equipped with inner and outer rings; 1221 is the material code in HG20610
D1242-DN25-PN40 D is a type of gasket; each digit, 1242 or 1221, represents a material code, and the combination indicates how many different materials make up this gasket
There are clear regulations for HG20601 and HG20631.
Coiled gasket D1242-DN25-PN40 – The code D1242 refers to the gasket itself. The meanings of D1242 and D1221 are as follows: D denotes the inner and outer rings; 1 indicates carbon steel, 2 indicates 304 stainless steel, and 4 indicates PTFE. For SHI1304, D denotes the inner and outer rings; 1 is carbon steel, 2 is 304 stainless steel, 2 indicates graphite, and 1 again indicates carbon steel
Should I go check HG20601 and HG20631 to see if there’s more detailed information there?
Remembered, haha. Thank you all
HG20631, I’m referring to GB here. Is there a difference? Who can provide a standard in the manner of a scholar, which is GB/T4622.2-2003?
Thank you so much; these photos taken by the scholar are truly very helpful
