What process technology is used for hydrogen production by you? It is estimated that top-fired burners are commonly used in conversion furnaces; during startup, high-pressure gas from the system is used for combustion, and once hydrogen production starts normally, low-pressure PSA exhaust gas with low calorific value is used instead. If the calorific value is insufficient, some gas from the refinery system is added. Regarding the temperature at which the air is preheated by the burner, the requirements for hydrogen conversion furnace processes in foreign countries as well as by Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company are that the air preheating temperature should be above 450 degrees. This helps to reduce the amount of low-grade medium-pressure steam produced, decrease the amount of gas needed for combustion, and improve the overall efficiency of the facility. Use the burners from Luoyang Ruichang Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd.!
