There are no mandatory requirements in the standards; it is stated that such requirements should be specified in the purchase agreement, with the specific heat treatment requirements to be determined through negotiation between the two parties. For the projects carried out, is it common to require stabilized heat treatment for TP321 steel pipes before they leave the factory? What are the typical requirements for specific heat treatment temperatures and holding times?
:lol:lol:lol Refer to Chinese standards. . . 850-930℃
Which standard is it? Please let me know the specific standard number
The image below shows our company’s engineering regulations.
In the GB/T14976-2012 standard, there are only the heat treatment temperatures for solution treatment (Table 4); no temperatures for stabilization are specified. Moreover, the delivery condition also does not require stabilization heat treatment.
:Lol, Sauri was wrong. . . It is GB/T12771
I recently attended training on pressure pipelines, and that’s how stabilization treatment is described there. :Lol Stabilization treatment: Heat to 875°C and maintain for 2 hours followed by air cooling, allowing the carbides to fully precipitate and chromium to diffuse sufficiently, thereby entering the secondary stabilization zone.
GB/T12271 does include \"Thank you\"
