What are the common fluorine-lined processes used in China, and what are their advantages and disadvantages? Generally, how long can a single pipe be? Can it reach 6 meters?

Type I: push-pull extrusion straight pipes; their performance is generally sufficient for use in corrosive environments, but they cannot be used in negative-pressure pipelines. The small-diameter section can be up to 6 meters long, but it is generally recommended to keep it under 4 meters. Second, it is formed by the steel-lined PTFE molding method, offering good performance suitable for corrosive environments and vacuum use. The length is 2 meters. Third, high-performance PTFE isobaric-lined negative-pressure straight pipes, which are resistant to vacuum and corrosion, and can be used in applications with high cleanliness requirements. The length is 2 meters.
Not bad; those who need it again can get in touch
Make the push pipe 4 meters or less; For molded and sintered or isostatically formed pipes, the length cannot be increased depending on the diameter – pipes with diameters such as DN15 or DN20 cannot have a greater length. Generally, pipes with a diameter of DN50 can reach a length of 2 meters. Thick-walled PTFE push-type pipes can also be used to create pipes with smaller diameters that can be 2 meters, 3 meters, or 4 meters long, and they are suitable for use in vacuum conditions. Generally, once the pressure, temperature, and medium are provided, we will select the appropriate PTFE pipe fittings for you.
I happen to need it; I’ll get in touch after starting work
Are there any relevant standards specified for various manufacturing methods? Are it still the design agencies that put forward requirements based on their needs? I also want to ask if there are any tools available on-site to address dimensional deviations at the construction site? Is it still necessary for the manufacturer to resend it based on specific requirements?
The manufacturing plants also produce products in accordance with **relevant industry standards; however, dimensional discrepancies may occur during installation. Generally, the factory will send additional sections to address such issues, as resolving them on-site would be too costly.
Of course, there are manufacturing standards; the owner or the materials department of the design institute decides which standard to use. What tensile strength? The numerical values required for material testing vary greatly. For example, this requirement is not specified in the national standard HG 3705 for lining materials; the best standards are the European standard, followed by the American standard and then the national standard. DIN 2848: Steel flanged pipes and lined steel and cast iron flanged fittings. ASTM F1545: Standard specifications for ferroalloy pipes, fittings, and flanges with plastic linings. HG 3705-2003: Metal mesh polytetrafluoroethylene composite pipes and fittings. HG21562: Polytetrafluoroethylene-lined steel pipes and fittings. I’m extremely familiar with construction sites, so there are definitely some errors. The construction method is the same as that for ordinary steel pipes, with reserved sections. Finally, when it’s done, the manufacturer will resend it. That’s how it’s always been done
There are mainly 3 types of paste extrusion: isobaric and push-type. For the first two types, it’s no problem to produce pieces with a length of 6M.
