Regenerator leakage issue

Since the operation of our regeneration unit began, there have been frequent leaks at the flange of the top head of the regenerator, especially during start-up and shutdown periods; the situation is somewhat better during normal operation. The gaskets we use are wave-patterned gaskets. Other units have suggested that we use Festo’s Gultec gaskets, as well as wound gaskets. Have you experienced any leakage problems? How did you handle it? Can I share it with everyone?
Leaks tend to occur during startup and shutdown – is it the change in temperature that causes a change in bolt tension, leading to leaks? It has little to do with gaskets, right? The Gulte gaskets you mentioned are mainly designed to withstand high temperatures, and wound gaskets are not better than serrated gaskets; I suggest trying to use disc springs instead
