Issues regarding standards for fasteners in pressure pipelines

I took a look at the Third Edition of the National Training Manual for Pressure Pipeline Approval Personnel; the fastener standards listed in 7.7.8 do not include Class C bolts or studs. Does this mean that fasteners of this class cannot be used in pressure pipelines?
I don’t know about that yet; I haven’t studied such things, and there are no standards for it. It can be used in ordinary situations as well, right?
Grade C refers to rough-cut bolts that are generally used for connecting steel structures and cannot be used in pressure pipelines
In which standard is this regulation specified?
There are no such bolts in the pressure pipeline codes. Such bolts are not designed for use with pipes in the first place; why take the risk of using them? The standards don’t specify that it’s not allowed to be used
I’m not going to use this bolt; I want to learn the standards in this area.
Good question. It only states that bolts of grades A and B should be used, so just use grades A and B. If it doesn’t say they are available, then they cannot be used
