A nozzle is used to flush the fibers (spinning raw material) on the panel, and then a water collection tray collects the water (at this point, the fibers are manually removed); the water subsequently passes through a filter before entering a storage tank to be circulated back to the nozzle. How should I choose a filter for this? Since this filter will definitely require frequent replacement of its filters, what kind of filter should I choose for convenience?
Is this natural flow, or is it forced by a pump under pressure? If it’s a pump, just add a filter screen to the pump head. If it’s allowed to flow naturally, I’m afraid the water won’t be able to pass through with a filter in place

It’s cheaper to go with a bag filter, which makes it easy to install a scraper
A gravity flow head of 7M should be fine. This pump will get damaged if it is frequently exposed to impurities. More filtering should still be applied
More or less; I think for the last pipeline filter, it’s better to have a few more coarse filters ahead of it.
You can give it a try, or you can also try our filters. If it’s convenient, add me on WeChat at 15214382061 to chat
Try adding a blue-style pipe filter; it should work
Negative pressure filtration can be considered; a circuit is installed at the pump outlet to form a jet vacuuming pipeline with the filter outlet.
I think it’s better to use a basket filter at the front; it makes it easier to clean the filter elements and also prevents the pipes from getting clogged.
