All dealers are nonsense; at least that’s what I’ve encountered so far.
There’s no choice; it’s the purchasing department that decides, and most orders are placed through distributors.
Try to place orders directly with the manufacturer to reduce intermediate steps.
If you look for a distributor, the price will be higher than when dealing with the manufacturer, as distributors also need to make a profit; there is an extra step in this process, and naturally the price goes up a bit due to that!
Yes, yes – the manufacturer skipped one step in the ordering process, which saved a lot!
This matter should be considered separately; if the valves are domestically produced, turning to the valve manufacturers directly usually helps save some investment, not to mention proprietary products. If the valves are imported products and there is sufficient funding for the project, it is also possible to approach the manufacturers directly for bidding, which saves money but comes with stricter payment terms. If funds are limited, bidding through an agent can improve payment terms, as the agent will advance the payment to the manufacturer. Of course, agents also calculate costs, and these expenses are taken into account in the price.
Whether choosing a manufacturer or a distributor, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. The specific approach can be determined based on the company’s financial situation; the option that suits one best is the best one!
It mainly depends on the manufacturer. With smaller manufacturers, anyone who calls will arrange delivery. Larger, reputable manufacturers have their own distributors; even if you call the manufacturer directly, they won’t give you a quote – instead, they’ll ask the local distributor to get in touch with you. At least that’s how our company operates
Hehe, there are too many tricks here; I don’t know which level you’re at. If you have the choice, decide based on the actual quality of the device and its cost-performance ratio. If you don’t have this right, then it’s not a problem. Because it’s a problem you can’t solve.
