Are all the calculation formulas for the diameter of elbowed bends greater than 300 mm?

GB50316-2000 Code for Design of Industrial Metal Piping: Does the formula for calculating the diameter of elbow bends in section 6.3 require that all such diameters be greater than 300 mm? I would appreciate it if you could help clarify this point regarding formula 6.3.1.4
