What standard does this flange follow? Is it a national standard?

DN80 flange 610 pipe 280 gauge body without boss 193 8 holes, hole diameter 18, hole spacing 46, flange thickness 16. Dn40: flange hole spacing 170, pipe perimeter 150, gauge body length 134, flange thickness 13. 4 holes. Dn125: flange thickness 20, 8 holes, gauge body length 235, without boss; flange perimeter 762, hole spacing 73

What kind of flange is this? Is it non-standard?
This is the national standard GB9119, 2—88: DN40 – 150, 110, 18, 4, 18; DN80 – 200, 160, 18, 8, 20; DN125 – 250, 210, 18, 8, 22
