The operating pressure of the equipment is 0.5 Mpa. Current measurements show that the steam pressure is on average 0.4 Mpa in summer and 0.25 Mpa in winter. These conditions do not meet the requirements! ! ! The factory cannot operate gas boilers, coal boilers, oil boilers, or electric boilers on its own. It is possible to use industrial electricity; power consumption is not a concern ; At present, only meeting the equipment usage standards is considered. Is there any good way to solve this? Talk to the thermal power plant to see if it’s possible to increase the pressure supplied from the power station. If that’s not possible, it will be necessary to identify which section of the pipeline has the greatest pressure loss, and then expand the diameter of that section.
The factory is so frustrated by this whole situation that it has no patience left; it can’t deal with the thermal power plant because those people have strong backing.
This general solution is to increase the pressure at the power plant outlet, or to enlarge the diameter of the main pipe.
