Recently, our company has developed gas pressure regulators with the following technical specifications: Process medium, application, pressure before the valve, pressure after the valve, dimensions, and flow rate. There is a special valve for use before natural gas burners, with a pressure of 0.1 MPa and a pressure range of 20–50 KPa; it has an NPS1 size and an internal thread diameter of 10 Nm3/h. Another such valve is designed for use before natural gas burners, also with a pressure of 0.1 MPa and a pressure range of 20–50 KPa; it has an NPS2 size and an internal thread diameter of 150 Nm3/h. After seeking information, no valve was found that could fully meet the requirements. For low-pressure Italian valves, it is recommended that the pressure before the valve not exceed 0.1 MPa, as there is a risk of the valve exploding. We then tried using Fisher valves, but the pressure before those valves was too low, posing a risk of them not functioning properly. Have any of you used similar valves? Please share your insights.

Provide the natural gas consumption, inlet pressure, and pressure regulation requirements; consult natural gas pressure regulator manufacturers, and they will help with the selection

Use a stand-alone control valve to regulate the pressure behind the valve.
A self-acting micro-pressure control valve is selected. However, once the pressure behind the valve is adjusted, it cannot be changed; if there is a need to adjust the pressure behind the valve, it must be reset manually.
