It’s twisted like this – how can it still be used?:o
The push rod in Figure 567 is skewed, and the corrosion protection on the rest is poor.
Are these the only questions? On the penultimate one, a support was added outside the spring, and it seems like the spring no longer functions! Are the three nails on the spring housing also positioning pins? It wasn’t removed.
Pipes equipped with spring supports generally operate at high temperatures; due to the high operating temperatures and significant thermal displacement, the design of such spring supports requires proper alignment. During installation, strictly follow the design requirements for offset installation. Before production, the positioning pins of the spring support brackets must be removed so that the springs can function; if the pins remain in place, it is just a regular support bracket and the springs do not work.
1. The spring supports are not fixed properly. 2. Some of them are installed at an excessive offset. 3. Some of them are rusted. 4. The height of some supports is insufficient; something like channel steel should be used to cover them. Finally, the spring supports should be regularly checked to ensure they function properly and that their extension/compression amount remains within the specified range; otherwise, it is necessary to consider replacing them
The machine with limiters should be supported by a steel structure at the bottom, with spring hangers placed on that support. Either there is a problem with the design or with the installation
