Are there stop valves for ammonia available in a pneumatic actuation version?

I want to replace the ammonia valves in the on-site liquid ammonia system with pneumatic ones. The manufacturer recommended bellows-type shut-off valves, but I need a valve that allows for control of the opening degree (as there is a need for pressure balance between high and low pressures, and I’m concerned about excessive vibration in the pipes if the valves are fully open or closed). Is it possible to create a shut-off valve with an adjustable opening degree?
The pneumatic globe valve type is prone to deformation under pressure. Coaxiality is difficult to control. Generally, we don’t do pneumatic ones, and small brackets need to be modified as well. Moreover, pneumatic stop valves should preferably be of the flat-seal type! It can only be said that it’s a little better! Personal suggestion. For reference only!
