Large valves and small valves? As far as I remember, for large valves, cleaning and greasing are considered routine operations Are you referring to control valves when talking about those high-end operations for valve replacement?
Look at the price of the valves; for those that are particularly expensive, consider repairing them, while replace the cheaper ones directly
We often replace the packing; whenever there is leakage in the valve core, we replace it or add more packing. Replacing the valve directly is too wasteful.
If the valves aren’t replaced, where can the valve distributors make money? And where can the managers take cuts from? ;P;P
If the expiration date has passed, replace the valve
I changed it once: I removed the packing pressure plate, took out the damaged packing, and replaced it with new packing
