For skid-mounted units composed of pressure pipelines, pipeline components, and other equipment (valves, pressure regulators, flow meters, etc.), is it necessary for the manufacturer to submit them to a special inspection agency for supervision and inspection, and obtain an inspection report?
The supervision and inspection of skid-mounted equipment manufacturing is somewhat vague, with no mandatory regulations in place.
There are no clear regulations regarding pressure pipelines; almost every set of specifications states that pipelines that come as part of a complete set supplied by the manufacturer are not included in this scope. However, the complete set also includes the connection of equipment and pipelines, and the principle is the same; therefore, I think it should be followed accordingly, and all requirements should be met. If there are no provisions in the pipeline specifications, then one must turn to the provisions in GB150 to find a solution.
Yes, all skid-mounted pressure pipelines require a stamp for pressure pipelines now

It is needed; it can be regarded as special equipment
