As the title suggests, can pressure pipelines be used as brackets for other pipelines? The load capacity is no issue – is it possible to weld brackets onto the existing pressure pipeline?
According to the codes for the construction of pressure pipelines, such pipelines shall not be used as supports or brackets for other pipes, and welding is not permitted on them!

When welding is carried out on pressure pipelines, the original pipelines need to be press-tested again.
Can the pipe supports of the pressure pipeline itself be welded to the pipeline?
It shouldn’t be possible; corrosion within different pipelines varies, and their usage and maintenance methods differ as well. Performing separate maintenance later on would cause unnecessary trouble. On the other hand, security cannot be reduced to zero.

Absolutely not; pressure pipes are all subject to stress calculations, and welding on them will disrupt the stress balance of the existing piping system
