A batch of pneumatic valves is about to be delivered.
The new one looks good; it depends on how it performs in use!
I don’t understand, and I won’t buy it either. I just want to ask: are all the accessories manufactured in-house, or are only components such as the control head apart from the valve body produced locally? Or does one need to purchase everything and then assemble it oneself before checking to ensure it meets the standards?
It mainly produces the valve body, while pneumatic actuators and accessories are sourced from external suppliers. To put it simply, small pneumatic actuators like these don’t require much technical expertise to manufacture; there are many manufacturers producing them, and their products are generally very similar to one another. There are usually no quality issues with them, but it’s also possible to choose manufacturers with a higher level of brand recognition. Attachments are generally selected according to the customer’s requirements; for example, ASCO solenoid valves, Yadea solenoid valves, Novus solenoid valves, TOPWORX feedback devices, SMC compressed air filter-regulator valves, and so on. Any of these can be installed if the customer requests it. Accessories like these generally do not suffer from quality issues. The key part is the valve body itself; we control the production quality ourselves and carry out pressure testing in strict accordance with standards.
All production and pressure testing are carried out in strict accordance with standards; each valve is equipped with a label so that customers can understand them easily and use them with confidence.

What are good ways to deal with water getting into the cylinder?
A batch of floating ball valves; the appearance is fine, and they meet national standards.
If water enters the cylinder, it is generally due to improper treatment of the air source – compressed air contains moisture. Installing air treatment components in the air intake pipeline can effectively solve this problem.
I mean, a lot of water has already gotten into the cylinder – is there any way to clean it out without having to remove it?
What are the most common faults of pneumatic on-off valves? For things like triple units and limit switches, what is the difference in quality between domestic products and ASCO products at present? Looking forward to a reply
