Design of pig receiver device

My graduation project involves designing a pig receiver, and the design standard currently being used is SY/T0533-94; however, I have found that this standard was discontinued in 2003. I don’t know what design standards to use at the moment; I need help. Someone should teach me how to carry out this design. Or give me specific design standards that are available; 50 red packets for useful standards, and 200 red packets if you teach me how to do design.
