Help: Issue with safety valve model

Dear seniors, there is a safety valve on a phosphate dosing unit； I wonder what type this is; is it a spring-activated type? I don’t see any place where a seal has been applied; the original manufacturer’s label is also glued on
It’s not clear what medium is being used; it should be specified. If it is a safety valve located after the pump or on the steam drum, it should be of the fully open type.
