Is there anyone who works with injectors? Can using an injector in a 500-cubic-foot tank to replace mechanical stirring achieve the same results as mechanical stirring and forced recirculation?

There’s no problem at all with this – it uses liquid jets for mixing, and it can be used in tanks of any size. The intensity of mixing can be adjusted as needed, and the mixing is thorough with no dead zones. It’s far better than many other options!
It’s possible. This is called an in-tank mixing injector; the number of injectors as well as their installation angle can be determined based on the diameter of the tank and the liquid level. Some of these injectors can be arranged in two layers, three layers, or even multiple layers
