Regarding the installation of high-pressure pipelines

Hello, fellow marine industry professionals: In the construction of some projects, high-pressure pipelines are fixed rather casually – some are secured using expansion screws on the ground, while others are fixed with steel clamps. I would like to know if there are any standards regarding the installation (fixing) of pressure or high-pressure pipelines. Thank you!
The construction shown in the picture does not meet the standard specifications; there are many issues with the pipeline installation. One can refer to the chemical industry standards for piping, supports, and hangers.
It’s obvious that no iron reinforcements were included in the design, no pipe supports were provided, and this was due to the pressure to speed up the design process
Project progress is one thing, but the engineering and technical staff also lack professionalism; I don’t see any mention in the design documents of the embedments or supports required for fixing high-pressure pipes. As the manufacturer, I only know that this is not in compliance with regulations, but I’m not sure exactly which regulations it violates; that’s why I’m seeking advice here. :)
Piping supports involve the calculation of pipeline stress; there is a stress calculation technique in piping design, specifically used for designing supports. Whether it is for fixation, movement, guidance, or limiting, the design must specify the form of the bracket, the size of the material, and so on.
