If a flammable medium flows through the pipe, to ensure safe operation, fluorovinyl-lined steel pipes should be electrically grounded. Generally, static grounding can be achieved in the following ways: 1. For steel pipes with an outer diameter greater than 20 mm, static grounding can be accomplished by installing copper gaskets or steel gaskets at both ends of the pipe. 2. For steel pipes with an outer diameter of less than 20 mm, it is possible to achieve static grounding by fixing conductive flexible connectors or metal hoses to the pipe and connecting them to ground conductors. In short, regardless of the type of pipeline, implementing targeted static grounding measures is a necessary means to ensure production safety. .
