On July 17, HuanDian Baotou Hydrogen Energy Company held a kick-off meeting for the long-distance hydrogen pipeline project from Baotou to Damao Banner, taking a solid step forward in the construction of this first-of-its-kind linear project. The meeting required that the overall approach be clarified by adopting a strategy of \"defining the overall path and advancing in phases,\" using a linear project construction model to move forward step by step. This strategy aims to ensure precise control during the project implementation process by breaking down the entire project into multiple phased tasks. The “30-kilometer” and “119-kilometer” construction sections were analyzed item by item, and detailed discussions were held on the specific implementation plans for each section. The potential technical challenges faced by each section, as well as the key bottlenecks, were identified, along with corresponding solutions. Responsibilities are clearly defined on site in accordance with the division of duties; the project owner takes the initiative to assume those responsibilities and issues a ‘battle order’ on site, committing to completing the task by the specified time. Wang Xinyu emphasized that this is not only the first linear project construction in the region, but also an important opportunity for hydrogen energy companies to expand their business scope and enhance their influence in the industry. All departments must work closely together to advance the Baotou to Damaoqi long-distance hydrogen pipeline project steadily, in accordance with the established strategies and plans. All departments must demonstrate a high level of responsibility and commitment, working tirelessly to ensure the successful completion of the project on time and to high quality, thereby providing further impetus for the development of the hydrogen energy industry in the Baotou area. All departments must act swiftly and carry out their tasks in an orderly manner in accordance with the arrangements made at the meeting; thus, a tough campaign focused on pipeline construction has officially begun.
