Seeking help regarding a fault with the piston pressure relief valve

I have a piston-type steam pressure reducing valve whose outlet pressure is set at 0.5 MPa; last night, the outlet pressure dropped to 0.3 MPa, while the inlet pressure remained unchanged, and no one adjusted it. Could everyone help analyze this?
The inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa remains unchanged
Is your inlet pressure stable? And also, are there any impurities? In that case, do you park frequently? If it doesn’t work even after you make manual adjustments, disassemble it and clean the piston cylinder – it might be stuck. If it still doesn’t work, replace the diaphragm on top; it’s possible that the high temperature has caused the diaphragm to deform and fail to return to its original position.
